Building Emotional strength and Well-being for young minds
26th June 2026: Guided by an expert in the field, Robert Lhouvum, Counsellor, Emmanuel Hospital Association, equipped young people with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to understand and manage their emotions, cope with life's challenges, and develop healthy relationships. It focuses on fostering resilience, self-confidence, empathy, and positive mental health so that young people can thrive academically, socially and personally. The program encourages young people to: - Recognize and express their emotions in healthy ways. - Build Self-esteem and confidence - Develop resilience to cope with stress, setbacks and change - Seek help when needed and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health - Adopt healthy lifestyle habits that support overall well-being, such as good sleep, physical activity and mindfulness.
