Learning extends far beyond the pages of a textbook, and education reaches well beyond what is written in an examination.
Today's "TALK THE READ MEET" - Public speaking and painting competition served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of creating spaces where children can express what they have learned, articulate their thoughts, explore their creativity and confidently make their voices heard.
When children are provided with the right platforms and opportunities to speak, create, question, and be heard, they begin to recognize their own potential. Such experiences nurture confidence, strengthen communication and critical-thinking skills, encourage creative expression, and empower children to grow beyond the conventional boundaries of the classroom.
Education, therefore, should not be confined to teaching children how to answer questions. It should rather empower them to formulate ideas, think independently, express themselves with confidence, create fearlessly, and discover their own voices.
