An orientation program was conducted at the Conference Hall, InSIDE–North East on 30th March 2026 for trainees enrolled in the Vocational Skill Training Program, including computer and tailoring courses. The session familiarized participants with the rules, structure, and expectations regarding discipline, attendance, and active participation. Interactive activities were organized to encourage engagement, build confidence, and help trainees connect with one another. These exercises promoted mutual respect and appreciation of diverse backgrounds within the group. The orientation aimed to ensure a smooth and productive learning journey, ultimately supporting skill development and sustainable livelihood opportunities for the community.
