Seiboi Guite, a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) graduate, serves as the Program Manager at InSIDE North East. With his background in social work, he oversees the planning and implementation of various community-based programs. His expertise lies in empowering marginalized groups through education, livelihood initiatives, and youth engagement. Seiboi’s commitment and leadership ensure the smooth execution of projects and meaningful impact at the grassroots level.

Lydia Chong holds a Master of Science in Anthropology and serves as the Program Lead at InSIDE North East. With her strong academic grounding in cultural studies and human behavior, she ensures that all programs are inclusive, community-oriented, and culturally sensitive. Lydia plays a vital role in designing, monitoring, and evaluating initiatives focused on education, gender equality, and sustainable development.

Paokam Misao, who holds an MBA in Marketing, is the Marketing and Strategy Lead at InSIDE North East. Renowned for his strategic approach to making education accessible in remote tribal villages of Manipur, he also promotes entrepreneurship among youth and women. His business and management expertise enables him to design innovative livelihood models that blend education, enterprise, and empowerment for lasting community change.

Mr. Paominthang Luheng, a Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate, is the Co-Founder of InSIDE North East. He received the National Best Community Development Coordinator Award from World Vision India for his remarkable contribution to community transformation through participatory collaboration. His work focuses on strengthening community systems, child protection, and sustainable rural development with a people-centered approach.

Mr. Hejang Misao, a Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate, is the Founder Director of InSIDE North East. He is a recipient of the Sadguru National Award and the President of India Appreciation Award for his outstanding dedication to inclusive education and women’s empowerment. A fellow of Changeloomer, Youth Involve, and Manava Seva Dharma Samvardhini (MSDS), he brings rich experience from working with international and national development agencies such as IFAD/NERCORMP, DKA/kfb Austrian International, and Bridge of Hope. His vision and leadership continue to inspire transformative social change across the region.
