Initially beginning with music and community engagement, the organization has evolved to address key issues such as women’s empowerment, child rights, health, and the environment. Through its flagship program Gun2Pen, InSIDE promotes life skills, education, gender equality, livelihood support, and civic responsibility. The organization conducts awareness drives, vocational and career training, organic farming, and peace-building workshops to nurture confident, self-reliant youth. Recognized by Rashtrapati Bhavan and local authorities, InSIDE continues to inspire inclusive growth and harmony across communities in Northeast India.
